  1. The owner of this business agreed to perform an addition, remodel, inground pool build, gazebo and other residential work. The work was not performed upto legal standards. Lunaglar Building and Development left dangerous and deadly live electrical wires, stole money by using it for their own purposes and wilfully did not pay money to sub contractors that was intended for such. Juan Antonio misrepresented the abilities of the company, did not show up for work multiple times. In direct conflict of interest they performed work at a neighbor site that I referred them to after agreeing not to do so until the completion of my project. Lunaglar Building & Dev. stole materials and personal items received and paid for by me to be used on the project. Various misc. items totalling over $4,500. They did not complete a single project while simutaniously taking over five and a half months of valuable time for a project promised to be completed in one and half months. Granted there were three occasions where work had to stop. However the fault was the contractors in all instances. 1. building on adjacent lot that they were told not to build on. 2, moving a property marker with their heavy equipment, and 3, illness without any employee capable to continue to run the job. Lastly after continued non compliance and failure to provide information pertinent to the management of the project they were asked to stop construction. They then refused phone calls and tried to enter my property illegally. This sad excuse of poor work and absolutely no financial record keeping ended up costing thousands to myself in repairs, dual housing living expenses, stress and Physical illness resulting in over $950 in hospital and medical expenses. The company solicited an Engineering firm who also stole just under $5,000 dollars. Said company did not do required plans, file permits, supervise or visit the site as contracted to do. So Lunaglar then recommended an attorney who was paid $300 for another legal matter and instructed to collect the money from the Engineer. None of these things were done either. Juan Antonio falsified supply s and materials invoices, conspired to bribe Government officials, failed to pay taxes and allowed minors under the age of 14 on the job site. This is not a company that anyone should employ.
